We launched BATE FUEL Videos — a video site built so a man can watch every music video we have made, on his phone or cast to a television, without an algorithm deciding he is not allowed to see it.

There are more than 70 BATE FUEL videos up now. More are coming. This is the home for The Concrete Shamans’ music videos: explicit cuts, MTV cuts, club edits, and the full BATE FUEL DX movie. We built it after YouTube terminated the channel and wiped nearly 15 years of work.

Why we built a video site instead of going back to YouTube

Our work is not explicit enough to live as straight pornography and not vanilla enough for mainstream platforms. It sits in the male erotica lane that celebrates the masculine male experience — beefcake, brotherhood, heat, music. That lane gets suppressed by default.

A little over two months ago, YouTube terminated the channel. We never posted explicit sex. We studied the most sexual music videos already on the platform and stayed under that line. Appeals failed. Most of the archive was not backed up.

Men told us to dump it on OnlyFans or Pornhub. That does not work for this catalog. The videos mix AI-generated men with real footage, and the major adult tubes do not allow that mix. Discord kept banning community members. X reach used to hit hundreds of thousands — sometimes millions — then the same content stopped traveling.

So we built the house ourselves. A working version of the BATE FUEL video site was up two days after the termination. Making it feel like YouTube has taken longer. About 80% of you watch on mobile, so the player is built like a phone app. Unlike YouTube, a video page can carry a direct Spotify link. Nothing gets lost next to a cooking short and a product review.

The whole site is one artistic statement. Having built websites since the mid-90s is what made a two-day rescue possible. The sting of bans is still there. Building it ourselves is the only way the work does not vanish overnight.

Why this is not porn and not mainstream

We considered just making pornography. That would have been easier to host and easier to sell. We did not do that.

BATE FUEL Videos is male erotica with a pulse: music first, body second, shame nowhere. Gay, straight, and bi men are in the work because the subject is men, not a marketing segment. AI is a tool in the mix, not the point. We would rather shoot real men and tell their stories.

If you want the explicit club cut of B8/FEEL, it is on the video site. If you want the version that can play in a bar, that exists too. Same song. Different rooms. That is the point of owning the player.

What we are building next

The magazine site and the video site still need to feel like one world. On the video side we want:

• autoplay that keeps the vibe instead of dumping you onto a random clip
• single sign-on so members here can comment, rate, and favorite videos
• better search inside the catalog
• more collaborations with artists who will go as far as the work requires

There is a back catalog of nearly 100 songs, most of them instrumental, cut with real instruments. The best work is still ahead.

Is the site all explicit?

No. Thumbnails are tagged for explicit content and nudity. Older music videos are in the catalog on purpose, both because superfans asked and because explicit titles stay under a third of the library.
